Queso Fresco Cincho in pressed format of 400 g Ingredients: Pasteurized goat’s milk (min 55%)-(max 70%) and cow’s milk (min 30%)-(max 45%), rennet, calcium chloride and salt. High calcium and protein content.
Fresh pasteurised cheese made from goat and cow’s milk. It has a consistent texture which is less moist given that it is a pressed cheese. On the palate, the cheese’s mildness can be appreciated, allowing for the strong hints of milk and the goat to be appreciated.
400-g format pressed and packed in reusable packaging in a modified atmosphere which allows for the better preservation and longer shelf life of our cheeses.
